WATCH DEALER VIEWS ON AN 'ENGAGING' CONFERENCE

Available to watch now via Service Dealer's YouTube channel are a series of videos with dealers explaining what they thought of this year's Service Dealer Conference.

First up for example there is Richard Taylor, managing director of RT Machinery, speaking to Service Dealer contributor and TurfPro editor, Laurence Gale, on why he choose to attend this year's conference and the importance of different generations in the industry.

Next up, also available is Laurence's chat with Phil Gregg, area aftersales manager at Ripon Farm Services who gives an insight into how his dealership dealt with the numerous challenges which 2019 threw at them.

If you visit the Service Dealer YouTube channel you can also catch up with the magazine's diarist for 2020, Pete McArthur of Strathbogie Forest & Garden, who tells us he believes it's more important than ever for dealers to attend the Conference what with the huge changes that the industry is seeing
